Kline Preston
Founder and President

Born in Atlanta, Ga., G. Kline Preston received his Bachelors of Arts in 1989 from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from the Nashville School of Law in 1994.

Practicing law and managing businesses for over 15 years have equipped Preston with ample experience in real estate law and extensive knowledge in the field of mortgage fraud and the havoc it causes. Preston’s experience in real estate fraud includes obtaining a $26 million jury verdict in a fraud case in the United States District Court for Middle District of Tennessee in Littlefield et al v. Tilley et al; successfully defending a targeted defendant in the Matthew Cox case, which is the largest mortgage fraud case in Tennessee; and litigating more than 30 fraud cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil fraud cases and defendants in criminal fraud cases. It was these experiences that brought LienCode into fruition. Preston saw the current system and created LienCode, a proprietary system and process to combat the fraud.
